By downloading, accessing, or playing Mushroom Mafia, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mushroom Mafia for entertainment purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store or Google Play rules.
3. Accounts and progress
You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure. Game progress, virtual items, rewards, and settings may depend on local storage, platform services, Firebase services, or account features. We are not responsible for lost progress caused by device resets, unsupported modifications, network problems, or use outside the intended app flow.
4. In-app purchases
Mushroom Mafia may offer non-consumable in-app purchases such as characters, weapons, unlock bundles, or ad removal. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Store terms, payment rules, refund rules, taxes, and family sharing rules are controlled by the platform.
Purchased digital items are licensed for use inside the app and do not represent cash value, property, or a transferable asset. If a purchase does not unlock correctly, contact support with your store receipt and device details.
5. Ads and rewards
The app may show ads, including rewarded ads. Reward availability can depend on network status, ad inventory, consent settings, platform rules, and SDK availability. We may change ad frequency, ad formats, or reward balancing to maintain the game.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, modify the app, reverse engineer protected portions, disrupt multiplayer/network services, use unauthorized automation, harass other players, submit harmful content, or use the app for unlawful activity.
7. Multiplayer and online services
Online and multiplayer features may require internet access and third-party network services. We may moderate, restrict, suspend, or disable access to online features to protect players, prevent abuse, fix technical issues, or comply with platform requirements.
8. Intellectual property
Mushroom Mafia, including its code, gameplay, characters, weapons, artwork, logos, user interface, sounds, and other content, is owned by Beebz Gaming Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with written permission.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Some features may be unavailable due to maintenance, device compatibility, network conditions, store review requirements, or third-party service changes.
10. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability of specific features or content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beebz Gaming Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
