We usually need your app version, device model, operating system version, and a short description of what happened.
For purchase issues
- Tell us which item you tried to buy, such as remove ads, unlock all characters, unlock all weapons, a character, or a weapon.
- Include whether the Apple or Google purchase sheet appeared.
- Attach the store receipt or order ID if available. Do not send full payment card details.
- Try the in-app restore purchases option before contacting us.
For gameplay or account issues
- Describe the screen, level, character, weapon, or reward involved.
- Include screenshots or a short screen recording if possible.
- Tell us if the issue happened online, offline, after reinstalling, or after changing devices.
Privacy requests
For privacy questions, data access, or deletion requests, email beebzgaming@outlook.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
