For purchase issues

  • Tell us which item you tried to buy, such as remove ads, unlock all characters, unlock all weapons, a character, or a weapon.
  • Include whether the Apple or Google purchase sheet appeared.
  • Attach the store receipt or order ID if available. Do not send full payment card details.
  • Try the in-app restore purchases option before contacting us.

For gameplay or account issues

  • Tell us if the issue happened online, offline, after reinstalling, or after changing devices.
