This website is a static support and legal site. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, or embedded third-party content. The Mushroom Mafia app may use SDKs described below to operate gameplay, ads, purchases, support, and safety features.
Who we are
Beebz Gaming Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") develops and publishes mobile games for iOS and Android. This policy applies to Mushroom Mafia, our support communications, and these legal/support pages.

Information we collect
- Gameplay and progress data: levels, round progress, unlocked characters, unlocked weapons, coins, crystals, settings, rewards, and other game state needed to operate the game.
- Account and authentication data: sign-in identifiers, display name, profile data, and related Firebase authentication records if you use account features.
- Device and diagnostic data: device type, operating system, app version, crash information, performance data, language, country or region inferred from IP address, and installation identifiers.
- Advertising data: advertising identifiers such as IDFA on iOS or Google Advertising ID on Android, ad impressions, ad clicks, frequency capping, consent choices, and approximate location where permitted.
- Purchase data: non-consumable in-app purchase status and transaction information processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Support data: your email address, app version, device details, screenshots, and anything else you choose to send when contacting support.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as race, religion, health data, political opinions, or precise GPS location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
How we use information
- Operate the game, save progress, restore purchases, and provide gameplay features.
- Provide player support and respond to questions, refunds, or technical issues.
- Show ads, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud, and respect consent choices.
- Improve stability, balance gameplay, debug crashes, and protect the game from abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
Ads, ATT, and consent
Mushroom Mafia uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to show ads and collect regional privacy consent where required. On iOS, if tracking permission is required, the app uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing data to be used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.
If you decline tracking, we will not use the IDFA for cross-app tracking. You may still see ads, but they should be contextual or less personalized. You can change device-level choices in iOS Settings or Android privacy/ad settings.

Sharing and international transfers
We may share information with hosting, analytics, advertising, payment, store, support, and security providers only as needed to operate the app, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect our rights. Data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Gameplay and account data may be retained while your account or game profile remains active. Support emails may be retained for recordkeeping and abuse prevention. Advertising and diagnostic identifiers are retained according to the applicable SDK and platform settings, usually in aggregated or limited form.
Your choices and rights
- Request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information where applicable.
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
- Opt out of tracking through Apple's ATT prompt or device privacy settings.
- Reset or limit your advertising identifier through your device settings.
- Contact us to ask about deleting account or support data.

Children's privacy
Mushroom Mafia is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, platform security controls, and limited access to operational systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
